Project Description:
Students prepare a complete 3 course German/Austrian/Swiss-German meal for family and friends. They will do research for recipes, do their own shopping, prepare and serve the meal themselves, and do the clean-up.
Students will also prepare a presentation on German Food, German Eating Phrases, and German Eating Habits on placemats, to present to their guests during the meal.
In the course of this project, students will also prepare a portfolio documenting its process.

The recipes need to be genuinely German, Austrian, or Swiss German and must be approved by the teacher.
