Task:
Students prepare a complete 3 course Roman meal for family and friends. They will do research on Roman foods and eating habits, find recipes, do their own shopping, prepare and serve the meal themselves, and do the clean-up.
In the course of this project, students will also prepare a portfolio documenting its process.
